Overview
Stenoa’s locating platform enables real-time paging and call-routing for hospital locating personnel. Send customized critical alert notifications, push notifications, SMS messages, phone calls, pages, and urgent alert emails directly from the web.Dashboard
The dashboard allows you to view on-call activity for your entire hospital. Additionally, users with the Locating role and Network admins have the ability to view all available contact methods for users, and to assign, remove, and re-assign shifts to any user. By clicking on any shift, a sidebar will appear allowing you to assign that shift. If a shift is currently assigned, you can re-assign it by clicking Re-assign shift. A user can also be removed from a given shift by clicking Re-assign shift and then No coverage. To send a new notification to a user:- Click on Notify.
- A pop-up window will appear displaying the user’s information.
- Select the contact method you wish to reach the user with.
- Define the callback extension or phone number.
- Optionally, add a message of up to 50 characters. Messages are supported for critical, push, SMS, and email notifications.
- Define the originator (the person who has requested to reach the recipient). If the originator does not have a Stenoa account, you can manually enter and save their name.
- Click on Send.
Members
The members section allows you to view, search, and filter all members in your Workspace. Additionally, clicking on any member will open a sidebar with their profile information, affiliations, and all available contact methods. Notifications can be sent in the same manner as from the Dashboard. To send a notification from the Members section, click on the desired user, and then click Notify in the sidebar.Notification logs
Notification logs allow you to view a complete history of all system-triggered and manually triggered notifications. You can filter by notification type and search by any field. Clicking on any row will allow you to view additional notification information including the notification message content and its originator. Optionally, a notification can be manually resent from this window as well. For system-triggered notifications, all critical alert (consults, activations, and de-activations), SMS, phone call, pager, and email notifications will appear in the notification log.
