A workspace is a hospital network’s home on Stenoa. It’s where all your organization’s data and interactions are stored. Only one workspace is authorized per network, and Pro plan customers can domain claim their workspace.
Workspace settings
To navigate to your workspace settings, click on your workspace name in the upper left corner and select Workspace settings. Only network admins are able to modify their network settings.
From the Settings > Organization > Network section, admins will be able to modify:
- Network name and icon
- Network short identifier (2-8 letters used to identify your Network throughout the app. Domain claiming reserved for Pro plan customers)
- Network default language
- Network discoverability (which when enabled, will allow Connections with other networks on Stenoa to be established)
- Network owner
- Network address information
- Default network hospital units (structured selection for case creation)
- Network statutory holidays by calendar year (necessary for Sync schedule generation functionalities)
