Overview
Your profile can be found in Settings > Account > Profile. Here, you can review and personalize your personal information, and how others will see you in your Stenoa workspace.Set your profile picture
The default avatar will be the initials of the first and last name of your account. To add a new photo, hover over the avatar and left-click on it. A pop-up menu will appear allowing you to select a new photo you want to update. Once you’ve updated your avatar, you can replace or remove it by following the steps above. Your avatar can also be updated from the mobile app, by tapping on your user icon in the top right corner of the mobile app, My account, and then tapping on your avatar. You will once again have the option of selecting a photo, taking a new one, or deleting your photo.Name

You can adjust your preferred display language (English and French are the two currently supported languages), gender, and license number. Make sure to click save once you’re happy with your changes. Your role can only be changed by a workspace admin. To change your role, contact a workspace admin.Contact methods
You can view and configure your preferred contact methods for Stenoa or your Network to reach you. Over 10 numbers can be added and sorted in order of preference. For each number, the type of contact method (home, mobile, pager, or work) can be specified, as well as its visibility (public or private). Private numbers will only be visible to yourself, users with a Locating role, or Network admin. To change your primary phone number, go to Settings > Account > Security > Two-factor authentication.Affiliations
You can view which units from within your workspace your account is affiliated to (Network, Sites, Departments, Divisions, and Services), as well as designate which is your primary affiliation. The unit tagged as your primary affiliation will appear beside your account throughout the app.Email address
Your email address is your unique ID (user account) across all workspaces you have created an account for. For example:| Action | Result |
