Stenoa supports single sign-on (SSO) in order to allow users to gain access to their application using their existing credentials from an Identity Provider (IdP), like Google or Microsoft.
Users can also authenticate with their email address directly, without using an IdP.
Both sign-in methods require a two-factor authentication step.
Verified domains
Some Workspaces may wish to enforce verified domains, which will restrict membership to users with specific email domains. For example, if the domain @stenoa.com is verified, any user with an email address ending in @stenoa.com can join an organization with that domain.
A verified domain cannot be a disposable domain or common email provider. For example, you cannot create a verified domain for @gmail.com.
Only Pro plan workspaces can configure verified domains. To configure this setting, contact Support.
