Export data from your Workspace to build custom reports, keep records, or input into LLMs.
Workspace CSV exports
Admins can export a Workspace’s case data in CSV format from Care coordination > Data platform. You can either export an individual case, a selection of cases, or batch export the entire data platform by clicking on the checkboxes in the left-most column and then clicking Download as CSV at the bottom. The data platform can also be filtered using its built-in filtering functionality prior to exporting.
Users will be asked to confirm their understanding that they are about to export a CSV file that contains Protected Health Information (PHI), and to confirm they comply with all relevant data privacy regulations and practices. This export action is recorded in the audit log.
Member list CSV exports
Admins can export the list of members in CSV format from Settings > Organization > Members and click Download as CSV.
Exporting PDFs
Service schedules and patient lists can be exported for printing and facilitating care coordination. The user’s name, role, and the date and time at which the PDF was generated will appear on the PDF.
