Export data from your Workspace to build custom reports, keep records, or input into LLMs.

Workspace CSV exports

Admins can export a Workspace’s Case data in CSV format from Care Coordination > Data Platform. To export, select an individual Case, a selection of Cases, or the entire data platform using the checkboxes in the left-most column, then click Download as CSV at the bottom. You can also filter the data platform using its built-in filtering functionality before exporting. Before the export starts, you’ll confirm that you understand the file contains Protected Health Information (PHI), and that you comply with all relevant data privacy regulations and practices. This export action is recorded in the audit log.

Member list CSV exports

Admins can export the list of members in CSV format from Workspace settings > Organization > Members and click Download as CSV.

Exporting PDFs

Service schedules and patient lists can be exported for printing and facilitating care coordination. The user’s name, role, and the date and time at which the PDF was generated will appear on the PDF. The following confidentiality notice will also appear on the PDF:
