Consult

To create a Case, click on the desired Flow and a pop-up will appear. All required fields (marked by a red asterisk) will need to be completed in order for the Case to be created. You can filter Flows by Site and Service, or search for any Flow.

Care coordination

All pending or active Cases will appear here. You will be able to review and update Case details, Case status, and communicate via secure chat. You will be notified of any Case updates via in-app notifications. Cases sync in real-time with the mobile app.

Data platform

All completed or cancelled Cases will be displayed here. You can select which case properties you’d like to display, filter cases by Site, and search Cases by any term. Upon clicking on a Case, you will be able to view and edit Case details, event time-stamps, notes, and view an archive of the chat. Chat messaging on archived cases is disabled.
