# Lists

> Manage active issues, streamline communication and transfer of care, and keep track of important metrics.

## Overview

Lists organize your patient list by Service, allowing you to view patients on any Service you are affiliated to.

You can view patients by admission status (Admitted, Off-service, or Archived (discharged)), re-order patients by unit and room number, and filter by most responsible physician (MRP).

New patients can be added by clicking New patient in the top-right corner of the page, and completing all required fields (marked by a red asterisk). Patient information and admission status can be updated by clicking on any patient.

A PDF printout can also be generated for any view of your patient list by clicking on the Print button in the top-right corner.

## Archive

The archive allows you to view patients who have been discharged from your Service, as well as review morbidities and mortalities (M\&Ms) that were flagged.
